Adrian Sullivan

What do I do?
I like to be involved in the project work for our clients providing a range of consultancy services including interim FD, 'fit-for-purpose' assessments and implementing insightful management reporting to track business performance.
Life before Foxland
I have a rounded finance background that puts me in a great position to advise our clients. From the traditional start in Practice including Audit and Rescue & Recovery, through to fund raising and Private Equity.
I also have significant experience in senior positions in industry overseeing finance functions for various businesses from start-ups to established businesses, and helping them achieve their business goals.
Outside of work
Family and sport occupy my time away from work.
Carys and I have 4 children, 2 dogs and a cat, and we like to keep them as active as possible! A keen sportsman, I still play rugby as well as coaching our kid’s academy teams. An occasional game of football and some racket sports also help to keep me fit.
To relax I like to watch movies, read and travel.

Carys Sullivan
Director
What do I do?
I carry out a broad range of work for our clients, with a particular interest in tax. I am often focussed on tax consultancy and structures, R&D claims and any other ad hoc work.
Life before Foxland
I started my career in accountancy training at a ‘Big 4’ firm, working in both the audit and tax departments for a wide range of clients. Following that I moved into industry for several years, working as an in-house account in a major hotel chain. More recently I returned to a client facing role in accountancy practice, working for owner-managed smaller and medium sized businesses.
Outside of work
I enjoy watching our boys play various sports, walking our dogs and helping out with fundraising events at our children’s school as a member of the PTA. I also love travel, particularly trips to visit family in Spain and camping trips in the UK with friends.
